Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination:Managing the project's coordination, from start to finish, with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and the design team

Budgeting:Setting realistic budgets and expectations for clients, and knowing what to save on and what to splurge on

Time management:Developing realistic schedules, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed

Communication:Establishing open lines of communication with the overseas clients, team members, and stakeholders, and scheduling regular meetings in the Project Management formats.

Compliance:Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations

Risk management:Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate or avoid them

Material and furniture selection:Overseeing the selection of materials and furnishings

Installation supervision:Supervising the installation process.

Reporting: Reports the project progress to the Overseas Clients by using Project Management Tools. Updating the execution team and making the changes as per the client requirements.

Project deliverables:Defining the project's scope and goals, and breaking it down into smaller milestones. Achieving the Project deadlines as defined in the Project Plan.

Candidate Requirements:

  • The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate with 6-7 yearsexperience in Interior Projects Management with a Reputed organisation.The candidate should have experience in dealing with the US Project Management.Should be well experience in the Project Progress Reporting tools. The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
