Job Responsiblities
- Work for one of Siemens Healthineers largest construction projects, in charge of all interior design and workplace related topics
- Identify needs and user requirements by conducting and evaluating surveys and workshops
- Within the project, you will ensure the implementation of the corporate design and corporate values and consider all aspects of user and customer
- experience in our office and work environments
- Provide on-site support for the project on all topics relating interior design and workplace
- As part of the project team, you will be responsible for the interior project development, including time and costs and ensure compliance with all
- decisions relevant to the project and its success
- Function as an interface between internal and external project participants, always keeping the company's interests in mind
- Support your team in the further development of our Siemens Healthineers workplace environment
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a master's/diploma degree in the field of interior design or similar
- You have experience in project management and in developing modern work environments, ideally in an international corporate environment
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree in combination with additional professional experience in this field
- Experience in innovative and sustainable projects around activity-based working are essential
- You are familiar with AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks as well as with relevant 3D and visualization software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- You are creative and enthusiastic about future-oriented work environments
- Interior design is your passion and you follow the goal of creating space with exceptional user experience
- You shall have minimum experience of 5 Years in Interior design and implementation.

- You have excellent English skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units and cultures in an international environment
