- Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of architecture, interior design, and PMC projects, from design development through construction and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans using MS Project.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Google Sheets for internal and client reporting.
- Conduct data analysis on project costs, timelines, resource utilization, and vendor performance to support decision-making.
- Organize and lead site visits, client meetings, and progress review meetings; prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Manage project documentation, drawings, approvals, and statutory compliance in coordination with relevant teams.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and Arch Point's quality benchmarks.
- Manage procurement coordination, vendor negotiations, and contractor bill verification as required.
- Support budgeting, cost estimation, and variance analysis across assigned projects.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management (PMP/PGDCM certification preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an architecture, interior design, or PMC firm.
- Proficiency in MS Project for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret project data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Sound understanding of architectural drawings, interior design workflows, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM tools is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
