Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of PEB and steel infrastructure projects. This role involves planning project scopes, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within cost targets, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Daily activities include supervising site activities, tracking materials and equipment, reviewing inspection reports, and optimizing workflows to meet precision, speed, and performance expectations. The role also includes preparing project documentation, status reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure timely procurement, dispatch, and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inspection skills for overseeing quality checks, compliance with standards, and validation of structural and installation work.
- Logistics Management skills to manage supply chain activities, site deliveries, and resource allocation across multiple locations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Experience managing industrial, infrastructure, or steel construction projects, preferably in PEB or large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work on-site across project locations.
