Project Manager - Insurance P&C - Mumbai

Job Description: 

• Plan and manage end-to-end projects for P&C insurance platforms, should have experience with consulting, modernization and transformation aspects. 
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. 
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of projects. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors. 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Prepare and present status reports, including project health, risks, and outcomes, to stakeholders and senior management. 
• Facilitate change management and ensure smooth transition during system/process implementation. 
• Foster collaboration and remove conflicts within project teams. 
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices.
