Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in managing SaaS-based products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end project execution for SaaS products
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define project scope and timelines
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors when required
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, workflows, and deliverables
• Improve processes and implement best practices for project management
• Align product development with business goals and customer requirements

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or tech products
• Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with data platforms or MarTech tools
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
