Senior Project Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Services We are seeking a highly experienced, client-facing Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure delivery and operations for a large US healthcare payer. The role will manage cross-functional teams spanning Azure Cloud, Database Administration, Infrastructure Automation, and Platform Operations while serving as the primary interface to client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Azure infrastructure, database, and automation workstreams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple initiatives.
• Provide leadership to Azure Engineers, DBAs, Terraform Engineers, and Ansible/Automation teams.
• Drive cloud modernization, operational excellence, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead client governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and service reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, change management, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Track SLA/KPI performance and drive issue resolution, problem management, and service improvements.
• Coordinate with application, security, network, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
  
  

Required Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Infrastructure Program/Project Management.
• Proven experience managing Azure infrastructure teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Compute, Storage, Backup/DR, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience with Database Platforms (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Terraform, and Ansible.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in managed services and/or US healthcare payer environments preferred.
