Candidate will have the responsibility for planning, managing team, status reporting and making sure deliveries are happening as per the schedule. Need to work closely with the Client's Leadership team to review, analyze and report on various deliverables from the vendors. Need to monitor and track the risks, issues and mitigation plans. Reviewing the various Plans from Vendor and providing the appropriate feedback report and alerts on need basis to client. Need to have good knowledge on US Healthcare domain to validate the vendor plans and deliverables.
Other Responsibilities/Requirements
- 10+ years of experience including Project Management experience managing teams, deliverables, client relationship etc.,
- 2+ years of experience in Agile project Management
- Need to work as part of Client's Leadership Team and review, analyse and report following deliverables:
- Project Plan
- Estimates
- Efforts
- Delivery reports
- SLA compliances
- Need Review and/or identify the team who can review and generate reports on the Dev and QA solutions, methodology, processes etc.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders from State as required by Client and report the minutes/findings/analysis
- Prepare and analyse various reports, dashboards as requested by the client
- Provide guidance, support to Infinite's staff on the project as and when needed
- Send periodic Status Reports to Client and to Infinite Leadership as required/defined by Client and Infinite Leadership
- Identify the avenues for value addition and business development for Infinite
Skill set required
- Project Management experience in managing teams, deliverables, client relationship
- Expert knowledge in Project planning and preparing Delivery reports
- Experience in Agile project Management
- Experience in US Healthcare Domain
- Experience in Medicaid and MMIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in maintaining Risks and planning mitigation or alternates
- Experience in maintaining Issues and preparing best practices
- Experience in handling client and Vendors
