Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur for the position of Program Manager/ Lead. The Program Manager/Lead will oversee and develop educational programs that align with Forge's mission of promoting technological innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating with industry/academic leaders and other stakeholders to design learning programs, mentoring innovators and students, facilitating sessions, and driving knowledge dissemination. The role also involves monitoring program effectiveness, mentoring learners, and contributing to strategic innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing educational programs, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technology and innovation, including the ability to identify and develop technological solutions for industrial challenges.
• Capability in mentoring, guiding innovators, and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in program management, including planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of various educational initiatives.
• Knowledge in leveraging industry trends, entrepreneurial strategies, and innovation methodologies is an advantage.

Qualifications
