We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of Visualfabriq SaaS implementation projects. The role requires strong ownership of project execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance while ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.

The role follows a structured waterfall model (Visualfabriq Deployment Approach – VDA) and involves close collaboration with functional, technical, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Mobilization

• Support SOW definition, scope finalization, and effort estimation
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Drive resource planning and project kickoff readiness
• Understand client business objectives and value expectations

Project Delivery (Waterfall – VDA Model)

• Manage delivery across key project phases: Mobilize → Initiate → Activate → Configure → Launch → Hypercare
• Ensure phase-wise execution with formal approvals
• Ensure clear scope definition and change control adherence
• Track: Project plan, milestones, and critical path
• Cross-team dependencies (functional, technical, integration)
• Ensure delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget

Execution & Governance

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle delivery

Conduct:

• Project kick-offs
• Status reporting (internal & client)
• Governance meetings & steering committees
• Ensure timely issue resolution and team alignment
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs

Stakeholder Management

• Act as single point of accountability for project health

Collaborate with:

• Client Business & IT teams
• Internal functional and delivery teams
• Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and decisions

Financial & Scope Management

Monitor:

• Budget utilization
• Effort tracking and forecasting
• Ensure alignment between scope and commercial commitments
• Manage change requests, impact assessment, and approvals

Delivery Excellence

• Ensure adherence to VDA standards and best practices
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS / Cloud deployment projects
• Strong understanding of Waterfall delivery model and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional/global teams
• Tools: Jira / Azure DevOps / ClickUp / Confluence

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) / Revenue Growth Management
• Exposure to tools/platforms:
• Visualfabriq
• Exceedra
• Salesforce (TPM/RGM)
• CAS or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification – Preferred
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)

• Work Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
• Open to remote candidates based on experience
• Working hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST
