Hyper Stealth Technologies Private Limited (HSTPL), a defence technology and manufacturing organization, is seeking a highly disciplined and mission-oriented Project Manager to lead strategic defence and technology projects.

The ideal candidate will be a retired officer from the Indian Armed Forces (Army) with strong leadership ability, operational planning skills, and deep understanding of discipline, compliance protocols, and structured execution environments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering defence-related projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, compliance standards, and organizational procedures.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of defence technology projects within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Maintain compliance with defence standards, SOPs, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies, defence establishments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive operational discipline, process control, safety, and quality standards across projects.
• Travel to project/client locations as required for execution and coordination.

• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent project planning, execution, and operational management skills
• Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and documentation control
• Effective communication, coordination, and crisis management skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure, mission-critical projects

• Retired Officer from the Indian Army
• Graduate in Engineering, Defence Studies, Management, or related field
• MBA / Project Management Certification preferred
• 8–15 years of leadership or project management experience
• Experience in defence, manufacturing, or technology projects preferred
