About Position

What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications, workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Appian applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Drive the adoption of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance workflow automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams and junior engineers.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Review solution architecture, code quality, and development best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Debug and resolve issues related to Appian applications, integrations, and Agentic AI implementations.
- Ensure proper documentation of application architecture, configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Expertise You'll Bring
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Application Development, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise workflow solutions.
- Experience leading Appian-based development and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, process models, records, interfaces, integrations, and deployment practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, and intelligent agents.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to drive innovation, process improvements, and automation initiatives across business functions.
- Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MBA (IT/Systems), MS, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Certifications in Appian, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), or related domains will be an added advantage.
- Strong academic foundation in Software Engineering, Enterprise Application Development, Business Process Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Project Management.
