Project Manager
Hästens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings, renovations, exhibitions, and partner-led events. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure all projects reflect Hästens craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments
- Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
- Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
- Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation
- Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations
- Background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination
Additional Information
- Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%)
- Occasional travel to Köping, Sweden
- Valid driver's licence
- Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency required)
