Project Manager - Implementation

Required Skills: 

• 12 to 15 yrs of experience in CBS and managing the team for our CBS operations. 
• Strong technical expertise in the CBS domain, excellent leadership skills, and 
• experience in delivering high-impact projects that enhance our core banking platforms. 
• As a key player in our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that drive the efficiency and growth of our CBS operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership & Management: 

➢ Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals within the CBS domain. 

➢ Drive team performance, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for career growth. 

➢ Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. 

Technical Leadership: 

➢ Oversee the design, architecture, and development of CBS solutions. 

➢ Provide technical direction for system integration and ensure that systems meet the needs of various business units. 

➢ Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the CBS platform and solutions. 

Project Management: 

➢ Manage and prioritize technical projects, balancing the need for fast delivery with the need for high-quality and secure solutions. 

➢ Coordinate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and set realistic project timelines. 

➢ Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of CBS solutions. Solution Design & Development: 

➢ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the CBS domain's needs and translate them into technical solutions. 

➢ Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions when necessary. 

➢ Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices in software development, and enforce quality standards. 

Innovation & Improvement: 

➢ Identify opportunities for innovation in the CBS technology space and propose new tools or platforms to improve system efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. 

➢ Continuously monitor emerging technologies in the CBS space and incorporate relevant technologies to improve system capabilities. 

Technical Skills: 

➢ Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL technologies. 

➢ Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

➢ Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and integration platforms. 

➢ Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
