The ideal experience in hotel design and execution candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign themEnd-to-end management of Brownfield/Greenfield civil construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and develop project scopes, BOQs and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors.
- Monitor progress as per timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations during
- construction.
- Review technical ID/Civil drawings, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure quality control
at each stage.
- Manage procurement coordination and certification of civil/ID work bills.
- Prepare MIS reports and project updates for senior management review.
- Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in Architectural/Interior coordination, civil engineering and construction practices
- Proven experience in hotel brownfield/Greenfield Projects /commercial
- Familiar with local building byelaws, NBC, and statutory clearance processes
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
