Job Title: Project Manager I

Your Role:

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects/sub-projects as per defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Develop project plans including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.

  • Ensure project documentation, compliance, and adherence to Philips processes and medical device/health-tech standards where applicable.

  • Monitor project performance, manage changes, and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, regulatory, operations, and global teams.

  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (if applicable) u2014 sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.

People Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead project team members, providing direction, clarity of goals, and performance guidance.

  • Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and team capacity based on project needs.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.

  • Identify and resolve interpersonal or team issues maintain team motivation and productivity.

  • Mentor team members on best practices, quality standards, and delivery excellence.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred).

  • 10+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to project management and team leadership.

  • Experience working in health-tech, software, hardware, or regulated environments is a plus.

  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.

  • Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, and project lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively in a global, matrix organization.

  • High ownership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills
