We are seeking a highly organised and analytical PM (project manager) with 1-3 years of experience to support and enhance project execution across the organisation. The PMO will play a key role in governance, process standardisation, reporting, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and transparency.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, providing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and organisational policies.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in risk management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or any other project management certification is a plus.
