We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead teams, manage technology projects end-to-end, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities and resources, solve blockers, and drive efficient project execution.

• Strong experience in project management and end-to-end project delivery

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

• Strong experience managing timelines, priorities, deliverables, resources, and project milestones

• Strong understanding of software development and technology projects

• Experience working with developers, designers, product, business, and other cross-functional teams

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle

• Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and proactively drive resolutions

• Ability to delegate tasks, track team performance, and ensure accountability

• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

• Plan, manage, and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion

• Lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

• Assign tasks, manage workloads, set priorities, and ensure team accountability

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities

• Coordinate closely with developers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders

• Monitor team and project performance and ensure deadlines are consistently met

• Track project progress, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution

• Manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and changing priorities

• Conduct regular team meetings, project reviews, and progress updates

• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Maintain project documentation, workflows, reports, and status updates

• Ensure projects meet quality, scope, timeline, and business objectives

• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, processes, and project execution

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and team efficiency
