Min. 7-12 Years of relevant experience. Candidate must have worked in Projects execution of large Industrial utility projects. Experience in following aspects is must:
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have worked in capacity of Project Manager for project involving Installation & Commissioning of Utility Systems like Chillers, Cooling Towers, Water Pumps, Air Washers, AHUs, Centrifugal & Axial Blowers, Piping for Water / Compressed Air / fuel, Engine Exhaust Piping / Chimneys, LPG / CNG Piping, HVAC Ducting, Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuits, Electrical Panels, Cabling & instrumentation. Experience in Clean Rooms projects will be added advantage.
- Fully understand P&IDs, Building layout and Installation drawings.
- Should be well versed with all Project Management Tools & Practices with specific inclusion of Change and Claim Management.
- Good Proficiency in MS Project and Computer savvy
- Good exposure to selection and effective handling of sub contractors and contractual manpower to achieve desired Quality level within target time frame and cost.
- Quality conscious to deliver best quality projects to customers.
- Good Customer relations with effective PR skills.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English
- Team Player to have excellent co-ordination with other supporting functions like engineering, purchasing etc.
