ob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master with 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and ensuring team productivity. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Business teams). Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts, etc.). Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively. Support release planning and delivery management. Required Skills: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes. Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or PMP. Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or large enterprise environments. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Basic technical understanding of software development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Agile project management / Scrum roles
