Role Overview
Seeking a Project Manager with strong HRMS/ERP implementation experience to lead end-to-end delivery, process transformation, and large enterprise projects across People, Process, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRMS projects: due diligence, process mapping, solution design, migrations, and transitions.
- Own project planning, execution, risks, timelines, and customer communication.
- Manage multiple onsite/offshore teams and ensure quality, SLAs, and process excellence.
- Support Sales/Pre-Sales with RFP/RFI responses and solutioning.
- Translate client requirements into executable functional/technical deliverables.
- Drive change management and adoption across customer organizations.
- Present high-level updates to CXOs; maintain dashboards and analytics.
- Monitor productivity, revenue impact, and key delivery metrics.
Required Experience & Skills
- Must have: 23+ HRMS/ERP/SAP implementations.
- Strong process design, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Advanced Excel, dashboards, Visio, and data analytics expertise.
- Experience managing large enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to exceed delivery targets.
