Job Description

Role

  • Work closely with client Business and IT teams to manage HR IT system implementation projects
  • Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
  • Identify potential project risks and issues and support mitigation planning
  • Monitor project risks/issues and escalate as required
  • Maintain complete project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports
  • Prepare and share regular project status updates with stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

Experience

  • 812 years of overall experience
  • Mandatory experience working on HR IT systems in a contractor role
  • Experience in implementing or supporting HR IT systems
  • Strong experience in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Trainings

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
