Job Description

Role

Work closely with client Business and IT teams to manage HR IT system implementation projects
Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans
Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
Identify potential project risks and issues and support mitigation planning
Monitor project risks/issues and escalate as required
Maintain complete project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports
Prepare and share regular project status updates with stakeholders
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

Experience

812 years of overall experience
Mandatory experience working on HR IT systems in a contractor role
Experience in implementing or supporting HR IT systems
Strong experience in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Trainings

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
