The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering HRMS implementation and transformation projects within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across implementation, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams.

The Project Manager will oversee project governance, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery while driving customer satisfaction and successful business outcomes. The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocation plans, and implementation schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, steering committee reviews, and status update meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Provide regular project status reports to customers and leadership.

Resource & Delivery Management

• Coordinate activities across Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Product Teams, Support Teams, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure optimal utilization of project resources.
• Track deliverables and ensure accountability across all stakeholders.
• Escalate critical project risks and roadblocks in a timely manner.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project health and delivery quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Customer Success & Adoption

• Drive successful solution adoption and business outcomes.
• Ensure smooth UAT, go-live, and hypercare support phases.
• Manage change requests and scope variations.
• Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition post go-live.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, logs, status reports, and project dashboards.
• Track project financials, effort utilization, and budget adherence.
• Present project updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Project Management HRMS Implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
