Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of technology-driven payment solutions. This is a client-facing role that involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve project management efficiency. Technical knowledge required for the role will be provided through on-the-job training.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to successful delivery.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Project Charters, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Develop and track project timelines using Gantt Charts and monitor project progress through Jira.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution and provide regular project updates.

• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when necessary.

• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize AI tools to improve documentation, create dashboards, generate project insights, automate reporting, and enhance overall project management efficiency.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project execution processes.

• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) for documentation, dashboard creation, reporting, and project management automation.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Education: MBA preferred (Engineering graduates with relevant project management experience are also encouraged to apply)

• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management is an added advantage.

• Experience in fintech, banking, payment solutions, or IT projects is desirable.
