Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage multiple strategic and operational projects across various business functions.
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives including restructuring programs, retail transformation projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Develop project charters, execution plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
- Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics are clearly defined and tracked.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Drive and maintain project governance routines, ensuring adherence to project standards, methodologies, and processes.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align project priorities and execution.
- Facilitate business reviews, project checkpoints, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive accountability across departments.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Own and manage action plans, follow-ups, risk logs, issue trackers, and dependency management.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps.
- Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations and resolution plans.
- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Monitor and analyse project performance metrics using SAP and other reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting for ongoing business initiatives.
- Generate meaningful insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Identify areas where projects are progressing well and areas requiring intervention or corrective actions.
Process Improvement & Organizational Development
- Support the design and implementation of new business structures, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and standardize project management templates, reporting formats, dashboards, and best practices.
- Contribute to PMO capability building and project management excellence initiatives.
Documentation & Communication
- Create high-quality executive presentations, business reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations, project templates, charts, and visual reports.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure knowledge management standards are followed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Process Excellence roles.
- Prior experience in Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or related sectors is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional business projects and transformation initiatives.
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of business processes, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in restructuring, organizational transformation, retail operations projects, or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with PM tools and project governance frameworks.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SAP for data tracking and business reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including dashboards, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations and visual dashboards.
- Experience in project tracking tools and reporting systems.
