Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in heat exchangers to lead our project initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects in the heat exchanger sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to heat exchangers from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project deliverables.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the heat exchangers industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of heat exchanger design and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
