The Program Manager will own and manage end-to-end operations while leading a small execution team responsible for daily ops workflows. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with people management, ensuring consistent delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement across diagnostic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Ownership
- Own end-to-end operations including scheduling, collection, coordination, report delivery, and resolution of exceptions.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure SLA adherence.
- Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, escalation frameworks, and operational playbooks.
- Track and improve KPIs such as report TAT, collection success rate, re-collection rate, error rate, and member satisfaction.
Team Management & Execution
- Manage and mentor a team of program executives / operations associates handling daily diagnostics execution.
- Assign workloads, set priorities, and ensure timely task closure with clear accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and process training for the team.
- Act as the first escalation point for team-level and partner-level issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Medical, Coaching, CX, Product, and Tech teams to ensure reports are timely, accurate, and clinically usable.
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in Blood test / CGM operations or program management, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, or healthtech.
- Prior experience managing a small team is strongly preferred.
- Strong vendor management and execution discipline.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking team and program KPIs.
- Ability to lead from the front in fast-paced, evolving environments.
