Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Align individual projects with the company's broader mission and financial goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between customer, leadership, department heads, and project teams.
• Resource Orchestration: Manage budgets, headcount, and cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify systemic risks that could impact multiple projects and develop high-level contingency plans.
• Governance & Standards: Establish the methodologies, metrics (KPIs), and rules of engagement for all projects within the program.

Technical

Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet; familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years of Program management experience

Certification

PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
