Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute IT projects efficiently. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to manage teams, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Prepare Project Management Plan and detailed Project Plan.
  • Estimate project effort and finalize project budgets.
  • Review projects at every stage of the project life cycle.
  • Define and implement Project Quality Plan and Risk Plan in collaboration with senior employees and subject matter experts.
  • Manage projects to ensure key outcomes, contractual obligations, and deliverables are met.
  • Plan and manage projects aligned with Project Management Methodologies and contractual terms.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to achieve optimum performance levels and career development.
  • Assign and manage work in conjunction with Senior Managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage resource requirements within delegated projects.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain strong client-facing interactions to ensure project alignment with expectations.
  • Travel to domestic and international locations as required for project execution.

Candidate Profile / Required Skills:

  • Educational background in Computer Science / IT or Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Relevant experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification required.
