DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ­ Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and O&M activities across the North and South regions, ensuring all technical milestones are met.
2. ­ Responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing regional site engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability in daily operations.
3. ­ Responsible for controlling operational expenditures and project budgets by strictly monitoring procurement, logistics, and labour costs in both geographies.
4. ­ Responsible for implementing and enforcing rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to prevent accidents and ensure full regulatory compliance across all sites.
5. ­ Responsible for serving as the key point of contact for regional clients, government authorities, and vendors, resolving disputes and facilitating smooth project approvals.
6. ­ Responsible for conducting periodic site visits to inspect installation quality and troubleshoot complex operational bottlenecks in real-time.
