Business Area: Siemens Energy – Grid Enhancing Technologies (GET)
Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of Grid Enhancing Technology projects, including switchgear monitoring and transformer monitoring solutions, ensuring execution in line with scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage monitoring projects from order handover to project closure
Own project planning, execution, risk management, and customer coordination
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Service, Finance)
Manage project budget, milestones, change orders, and reporting
Act as primary interface for customers on project execution topics
Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy processes, quality standards, and HSE requirements
Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across projects
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
8-10 years of experience in project management within power transmission, grid, or digital monitoring solutions
Experience with switchgear, transformer monitoring, or grid digitalization projects preferred
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Familiarity with Siemens Energy project management tools and processes is an advantage
