Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client deliveries, tracking progress across projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines are met. You'll play a critical role in unblocking day-to-day issues, managing insurer follow-ups, and driving accountability across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for client integrations and onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, KAM) to track progress and resolve blockers
• Follow up with insurer partners for timely credential sharing, IP whitelisting, API kit responses, etc.
• Maintain clear documentation of project timelines, responsibilities, and follow-ups
• Anticipate risks or delays and escalate early with solutions
• Ensure smooth internal communication and delivery hygiene
• Track and report status across multiple clients simultaneously

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or client-facing tech delivery role
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills; ability to drive outcomes across teams
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
• Experience working in tools like Notion, Jira, Excel, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of product and tech workflows
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with calm and clarity
