Job Description
Hiring Now: Project Coordinator
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Experience: 1+ Year
Type: Contract / Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Manager in managing project timelines, deliverables & task assignments across teams.
Coordinate between development, design & QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor Project Progress and prepare detailed status reports for senior management.
Assist in project documentation, ensuring task boards are updated & relevant project data is available.
Track Issues, Risks & Dependencies, escalating any major concerns to senior management.
Assist in Sprint Planning, daily standups & retrospective meetings to ensure all teams are aligned.
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
Work closely with technical teams using PHP (Laravel), MySQL & Linux servers to stay updated on development timelines & deployments.
Assist in UAT coordination & final delivery documentation to ensure quality assurance.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in software project coordination, preferably in gaming or tech.
Basic understanding of the game development lifecycle or an interest in casino/betting apps.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as PHP (Laravel), MySQL & Linux is a plus.
Strong communication & organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with task management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the casino gaming industry.
Nice to Have
Exposure to RNG concepts or real-money gaming systems.
Prior internship or freelance experience in game/app development.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Certifications in project management (Scrum Fundamentals, CAPM, etc.).
