Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate and track resource allocation, task assignments, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, and blockers.
- Prepare and manage professional project-related emails, reports, and status updates.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure timely resolution and escalation of concerns.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, DevOps, and other teams for project execution.
- Proactively follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and business requirements.
