Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and results-driven Project Manager ( Freelancer ) with 2+ years of experience to manage projects end-to-end on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Track performance using project management tools and KPIs.
• Ensure clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and project reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience in IT/software or digital projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
