Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex, crossfunctional initiatives, engage with CXOlevel stakeholders, and ensure rigorous project governance. The ideal candidate will have 712 years of proven project and program management experience, be PMP or Scrum certified, and possess strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- EndtoEnd Project Delivery: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to governance standards.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Coordinate teams across IT, operations, finance, and business units to achieve project objectives.
- CXO Interaction: Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish project charters, maintain documentation, conduct regular governance reviews, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- RFP Management: Lead the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and negotiation of RequestforProposal processes for new initiatives or vendor engagements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce highquality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for executive review.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; track issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Balance multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Experience: 712 years of project and/or program management experience, with a track record of delivering largescale, multidisciplinary projects.
- RFP Experience: Demonstrated involvement in endtoend RFP processes.
