About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination, client communication, and team management skills.
The Project Manager will work closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management in an IT services company.
- Experience managing web, mobile application & AI based projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with experience handling international clients (US/UK).
- Strong documentation and project workflow management skills.
- Proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Ability to deliver projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify risks or issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and agreed timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure clear communication between team members and departments.
- Encourage collaboration, productivity, and accountability within the team.
Stakeholder & Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Gather project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and milestone tracking.
- Address client queries and ensure strong long-term client relationships.
Resource Management
- Plan and allocate team resources effectively based on project priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of required resources.
- Anticipate resource needs and prevent project delays.
Quality & Delivery Management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status checks.
- Implement best practices to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
