Quest Global is looking for an experienced
Program Manager who can lead complex programs, manage financials, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Financial Management
- Own P&L responsibility for assigned programs.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies.
- Project Governance
- Track and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular status updates to customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supplier Coordination
- Manage relationships with our suppliers and customer suppliers for timely execution.
- Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Leadership
- Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Purchase, Engineering, and other internal functions.
- Drive alignment and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Risk Management
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
- Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
Experience
Work Experience
- Proven experience in Program Management within automotive or other domains.
- Solid experience in P&L management and financial accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex project dependencies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar for tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
- Proven track record of leading cross-cultural teams and managing operations in Europe.
