Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Finacle, FinnOne, and core banking systems. Must have a deep understanding of loan origination, loan management, data migration, and product configuration in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and execute projects in lending, migration, and core banking solutions.
- Lending Solutions: Oversee the implementation of lending platforms aligning with business needs.
- Core Banking Systems: Manage integration, migration, and optimization of core banking systems.
- Fintech Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of Finacle, FinnOne, and other banking technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison, ensuring clear communication on progress and risks.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Team Collaboration: Work with developers, business analysts, and technical teams for successful delivery.
- Budget & Resource Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards and meet client expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track project progress and maintain detailed records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or IT. PMP, Scrum certifications preferred.
- Proven expertise in Finacle, FinnOne, core banking, and loan management systems.
- Experience in implementation, migration, and optimization of banking solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with core banking and fintech tools.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Trello.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Communication & Leadership:
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.
