Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across complex banking initiatives
- Drive business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution alignment
- Manage global stakeholders across geographies and business units
- Oversee migration and transition projects, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks
