Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution Oversight: Monitor all stages of event execution to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on event quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate event staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to prevent disruptions during events.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
