Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Electric Vehicle division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of EV-related projects. You will act as the crucial link between cross-functional teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: About 10 years of project management experience within the automotive or EV industry.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/Automobile Engineering A is a plus).

· Basic Technical Knowledge: working of ICE Engines, Understanding of EV architecture, battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, and charging protocols etc.

· Project Management Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

· Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, defining scope, goals, milestones, and timelines.

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal engineering and customers.

· Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

· Budget Management: Define project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track costs to prevent overruns.

· Stakeholder Communication: Present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, and solutions
