Essar Constructions India Limited (ECIL) is the Indian arm of Essar Projects, which focusses on India and the Sub-continent. It also has a multidisciplinary skilled and experienced Engineering & PMC division which provides a comprehensive array of value added technical engineering services, in a structured manner, across diverse sectors. It is fully geared to service global clients by providing end-to-end engineering solutions from feasibility studies and scope documents to design conceptualization, FEED, detailed design, PMC, field engineering, commissioning and start up assistance and also debottlenecking for efficient plant operations.

We are looking out for Project Manager to be based at Kansariguda, Odisha.

Job Description

Successfully execute the project within the stipulated time schedule & allocated budget with specifications, quality standards as per the client / consultant requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan & mobilize the requirement of manpower, equipment & material necessary for timely execution of the project.
• Monitoring & supervising the execution of all construction activities to ensure timely progress and project completion.
• Implement cost effective & sustainable methods for executing the work
• Effectively liaise and coordinate with client, clients consultant, third party inspection agencies, subcontractors, major local / domestic subcontractors, statutory govt. bodies & statutory authorities.
• Effectively coordinate with all the internal department heads and CEO.
• Managing fund flow for maintaining progress & timely execution of the project.
• Ensure HSE guidelines are implemented.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

20 to 25 years of strong experiene in construction industry. Candidates having knowledge of execution of power project will be preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of operational procedures, excellent understanding of systems, processes & procedures at project site.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• People management skills
