Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - ePublishing, located in Rajapalayam. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ePublishing projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, expediting project workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving any logistical or operational challenges. The Project Manager will also ensure projects meet client expectations within the allocated budget and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and ensuring project milestones are met
  • Familiarity with Inspection processes to maintain quality assurance
  • Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the movement and distribution of project-related resources
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage teams and liaise with clients effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of ePublishing tools and digital accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508 is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Publishing, or a related field is preferred
