About The Opportunity
A leading organization in the Renewable Energy sector focused on Solar EPC delivery, executing utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) grid-connected PV projects across India. We deliver end-to-end engineering, procurement and construction services—driving on-site execution, commissioning and client handovers with strict focus on schedule, cost and safety. This is an on-site Project Manager role for candidates experienced in full-life-cycle solar EPC projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end on-site EPC project delivery for solar PV projects—plan, execute and control schedules, budgets and resources to meet milestones.
- Manage procurement and vendor/subcontractor lifecycle: technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, delivery tracking and performance guarantees.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, civil and electrical works; enforce quality control, site inspections and compliance with technical standards and statutory requirements.
- Drive commissioning, testing, grid-interconnection and handover activities; oversee performance testing, SCADA integration and final acceptance tests.
- Implement rigorous cost-control, change-management and reporting processes; prepare progress reports, BOQs and EVM-based dashboards for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict HSE enforcement on site, secure statutory approvals and maintain proactive client and stakeholder communication until project close-out.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical) or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale solar EPC projects in India with experience interfacing with DISCOMs/STUs/CTUs and local statutory bodies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing EPC contracts, vendor claims and project cost controls.
