JOB TITLE: Partner Delivery Compliance
PRACTICE: Volume Services Support (Partner Led Delivery)
The Volume Services Support (VSS) practice is part of Americas professional services organization and chartered to support professional services area leaders in accelerating VCF adoption through scaled partner delivery and efficient professional services resource allocation. This role will report to the Partner Led Delivery team, which is responsible for ensuring partner led and partner managed engagements are delivered efficiently with a high level of quality.
Role Overview
The Partner Delivery Compliance resource is responsible for ensuring Broadcom Partners delivering or managing customer engagements are accelerating VCF adoption, compliant with Broadcom services delivery methodologies and guidelines, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. The role has the following key responsibilities:
- Support Partner Work Plan Development
- Partner Delivery Portfolio Oversight
- Project Timeline Monitoring
- Time & Expense Compliance
- Escalation Management
- Partner Invoice Review
- Revenue Forecasting
- Project Warning Level Reporting
- Customer Impact Reporting
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6+
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: PMP or equivalent
REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S): English
LOCATION: India Remote (or partner office)
