Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Enterprise Digital Transformation to lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level digital projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects across various departments
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business units
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business goals and IT strategies
- Oversee change management, training, and communication efforts related to project rollouts
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative digital solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and automation tools
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus
