Position Overview

Job Title: Lead IT PMO
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Role however will manage multiple vendors & projects
Location: Pune KP office
Work Mode: 5 Days Working (In-office)

Experience & Qualification Requirements

Total Experience: 18+ years overall experience
Relevant Experience: 15–16 years of core experience in end-to-end IT Project Management within Banking / NBFC / BFSI domain.
Education: Any Graduate.
Preferred Companies / Domain Background: Target candidates strictly from NBFCs / Lending Fintechs / Banks (e.g., L&T Finance, Bajaj Finance, Tata Capital, Cholamandalam Finance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

End-to-End Project Execution: Lead, manage, and track all IT project activities and project lifecycles from concept through delivery.
Experience in Fixed price enagagement
Vendor & PMO Governance: Manage multiple vendor teams and end-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) operations for prospective projects.
Project Tracking & Statusing: Maintain PMO standards, project health tracking, status reporting, and governance across all technical tracks.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, evaluate, and mitigate project risks versus immediate project issues.
Methodology Expertise: Execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Key Technical & Functional Skills Required

BFSI / NBFC Domain: Strong hands-on understanding of Loan management, lending platforms, and banking technology workflows.
Project Management Fundamentals: Solid proficiency in lifecycle planning, project plans, resource coordination, and timeline management.
Vendor Management: Experience in handling external vendors, partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
