• We're looking for a Project Manager who can bridge technology, creativity, and execution ensuring flawless delivery of Emilo's app updates, features, and growth roadmap.

Role Overview

• The Project Manager will lead cross-functional coordination between Flutter, MERN, AI/ML, DevOps, and Design teams.
• You'll ensure all sprints, releases, and platform goals are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with Emilo's product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of all app and backend development projects.
• Manage Agile sprints backlog grooming, task allocation, progress tracking, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Flutter (frontend), MERN (backend), and AI/ML teams for seamless integration and timely releases.
• Align technical deliverables with UI/UX, QA, and Product objectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation BRD, SRS, sprint reports, and Git-linked documentation.
• Track and analyze key metrics: sprint velocity, bug ratio, deployment frequency, and feature adoption.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Identify project risks, prepare mitigation or fallback plans, and ensure smooth recovery paths.
• Work closely with Founders for roadmap reviews and weekly performance dashboards.
• Ensure data security and compliance, especially with Indian data residency standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, API partners, and infrastructure providers for smooth delivery cycles.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative startup culture.
• Facilitate weekly standups and monthly retrospectives with all department leads.
• Ensure auto-updated help documentation and release notes remain in sync with Git and app updates.
• Collaborate with Product and AI Strategy teams to translate user feedback and analytics into actionable features.

Required Skills

• Technical Understanding
• Working knowledge of Flutter (app) and MERN stack (backend).
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud hosting (AWS/Firebase), and AI/ML integration workflows.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Notion, GitHub, and Slack.

• Strong project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel releases and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience in preparing concise leadership and sprint reports.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field (required).
• MBA or certification in Project Management / IT Management (preferred).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification is an added advantage.
