The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology, with 6-10 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
- Strong experience in building Engineering or Industrial applications mixing based on 3D data models.
- Good understanding of Cloud architecture principles (MS Azure...), security, scalability, and cost management.
- Ideally proven experience in deploying Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality / Mixed Reality solutions.
- Ideally experienced in transformation / carve-in / carve-out projects involving integrated engineering solutions (PLM systems such as Catia V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE are a plus), including integration with Business Intelligence or digital platforms.
- Experience working in global companies, either as a service provider and/or as a customer.
- Strong communication skills, execution capability, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Autonomous, results-oriented, intellectually curious, and creative.
- Strong leadership mindset and clear business value orientation.

international, matrix organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring adherence to project guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations.
- Monitor project progress and report on deliverables and timelines.
- Facilitate integration between engineering solutions and business platforms.
- Implement risk management and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop project documentation and manage knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management.
- Good understanding of engineering and industrial domain in large industries.
- High-level understanding of cloud-based infrastructures and cybersecurity patterns.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality implementation.
